Services & Process 4

Your advisor reviews what you bring — a draft, a brief, or a question — and works through it with you live or asynchronously, leaving you with annotated feedback and next steps.

Yes. We never write, complete, or submit work on your behalf. Every session is built around feedback and teaching, not delivery — see our Academic Integrity Policy.

Yes — many students use us to supplement, not replace, their university's writing centre or supervisor meetings.

Live video sessions and asynchronous written feedback, depending on the service and your preference.

Academic Integrity 3

No. We provide guidance, feedback, and mentoring on work you write yourself. See our full Academic Integrity Policy for detail.

Guidance, feedback, and tutoring are standard, widely accepted academic support. The line we hold — never producing submittable work — is what keeps sessions safely on the right side of that.

Advisors can flag passages that need better paraphrasing or citation as part of a session, though we're not a dedicated plagiarism-checking service.

Advisors & Matching 3

Yes. Every advisor is matched to sessions by their own real subject specialism and qualifications — for example, an MSc-qualified research methods specialist or a PhD-qualified STEM advisor. We're rolling out named, photographed profiles as our team grows; see our About page for the kind of specialist you'll be working with.

Where possible, yes — continuity with one advisor is especially useful for ongoing mentoring or long projects.

Message us on WhatsApp or through Contact — we'll let you know if we have an advisor matched to your discipline.

Pricing 2

Pricing depends on the service, subject level, and session length, since a single editing session and an ongoing dissertation-mentoring arrangement need very different amounts of advisor time. Rather than a flat public rate card, you'll always get a clear, itemised quote before you're asked to pay anything.

Ask us when you book — multi-session packages are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality & Privacy 2

Yes. Your work and identity are kept private between you and your advisor. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

No, not without your explicit request or consent.

Bookings & Scheduling 2

As early as you can, though we do accommodate urgent requests where an advisor is available.

Yes — message your advisor or our team as early as possible to rearrange.

Revisions 2

Yes — many students book a short follow-up after applying feedback, to check the changes land well.

Raise it with your advisor directly — feedback is a conversation, and it's fine to ask for the reasoning behind a suggestion.

Support & Contact 2

Available 24/7. Typically responds within 2–3 hours.
